String Icing System

· For applying strings of heated icing to donut products, cakes, bars, breads and other bakery goods.
· Fully automatic system creates eye-catching designs.
· The string icer manifold can operate in a stationary position to create straight lines (as shown in the photo) or oscillate back-and-forth to create patterns.
· The pump and conveyors' speeds are adjustable by Variable Frequency Drives to quickly accommodate product and process changes.
· Icing section is constructed of urethane belting with UHMW scrapers, resulting in a clean belt that virtually eliminates bottom-side contamination.
   

Spray Coating System

· For spraying heated solutions such as honey, glaze, and butter onto nuts, snack foods, breads, fruit, vegetables, cakes, and bars.
· The spray manifold is cantilevered for easy placement inside a tumbler or over a conveyor.
· Open frame design allows the operator to quickly fill and refill the supply tank.
· Casters provide an ease of mobility.
