Designed to top coat or fully enrobe products for the bakery, prepared foods, pet food and meat industries. 

 

FEATURES:

· All stainless steel construction with wash down duty components
· Water jacketed glaze tank with immersion heaters and temperature control
· (Removable tank with separate controls on casters for icing system.)
· Stirrer to evenly distribute heat and prevent buildup on tank walls
· Stainless steel positive displacement pump, sanitary piping, stainless steel flat flex wire belt conveyor sections (Wire belt sections are removable for icing system.)
· VFD speed control for pump and conveyor gear motors
· Utilities, 115-230/1/60 or 230-460/3/60

· Bottom icing and top glazing combination units
· Single or double belt wash system for glazing or enrobing systems (Single belt wash system shown.)
· Adjustable puddling tray for glazing systems to completely enrobe product
